Bulldozer work, Land-grading, Agricultural Land Improvement

Ag has been a part of my life from the start.  I understand conservation work and land improvement from the land-owner AND the contractor's perspective.  I can move a lot of dirt fast and make the water run where it should.  When I'm finished it works, it  looks good and most importantly, I'm honest.

This is not just idle talk.  I have a list of references below, please give them a call if you are wondering about my dozer work and capabilities.

When you consider my rates ($70.00/hour, 2 hour minimum) please also consider the size of my dozer rather than just dollars/hour.  I think you will find I am very competitively priced.  Also,  I don't charge for hauling the dozer as most contractors  do. (Unless you are over 20 miles from Fairview, Kansas.) The clock is running when I am pushing dirt; not before; not after.

At the end of the job, you are presented with a time sheet detailing the hours I have worked.  Feel free to keep track of my time too and compare.  Also, I encourage the land-owner to watch or check progress.  I won't leave until you are happy with the results.

If you contact me needing bulldozer work, please have the legal description ready so I can report our intentions to 'Dig Safe.'  This removes the burden of damaging pipelines or underground cable from us both. The only exception to this is  local Rural Water Districts.  I will need to know if any water lines easements exist on your property, as Dig Safe does not provide that information.

We are fully insured, with one million dollar's worth of coverage.

We consider it an honor when a land-owner allows us to work on his/her property since the land is your livelihood and a well-kept farm is a sense of pride.

Let us know if we can help you out with ag drainage, site leveling, tree/abandoned building removal or pond construction.

Note:  Summer months are usually slow for me.  Scheduling work ahead for June thru August may allow a price break.
